Returns Policy


Great News! We offer a Free Returns Service.........

If you inform us within 48hrs of receiving the product then you will qualify for our free returns service.

Simply call us on 0800 0778896 or email us at info@carpetrunnersuk.com to make us aware of your intentions. We shall then arrange a suitable collection day for you. All you need to do is be at home on the day of collection or leave the parcel outside your house in a safe area and let us know where it is. Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receiving the product back.

Any delivery fee's that have been paid when ordering the product are unfortunately non refundable.

Only one free attempt will be made to collect the item. If the collection is missed due to the product not being available. then any further collection attempts will cost £10 a time. This will be deducted off the amount to be refunded.

Our free returns service is only available to addresses located in UK Mainland (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)

 

Not informed us within 48hrs of your return.......

Don't worry, you can still return your product. However, unfortunately you do not qualify for our Free Returns Service. Please follow the instructions and send the item back to the address below..........

  • Please return the item to us within 30 days of taking delivery of the product.
  • Send the product back to us in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the carriage payment on items returned.
  • We advise you obtain proof of postage and ensure goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
  • If you return an item that is damaged, we shall either replace the product or issue a refund at your request.
  • If the reason for the return is in any way our fault, we shall refund all postage costs occurred.
  • Whilst every effort is made during photography processes, to accurately reproduce colours we do not accept any responsibility for the payment of returning items if there has been a misrepresentation of colour.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Alternatively we can arrange the collection for you but at a cost of £10 and then deduct this amount from your refund. Please note, only one collection attempt will be made for £10. So if the collection is missed then you will still be charged £10. We check all of our products before dispatching them. If you should receive an item that is defective, please let us know immediately so the item can be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. If we agree the item is faulty we will contact you and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund to be given to you.
Please note: The shedding of the pile on all rugs is a natural characteristic and is not classified as a fault.
Please note that we must be notified about any damaged or faulty goods within 48 hrs of receiving the product. After this period we are unable to investigate the claim. If it is proven that it is a genuine manufacturing fault, then Carpet Runners UK will cover all return postage costs.

 

Customised Products...........

Any products that have been customised at the customers request are non refundable. This is due to the fact that we wouldn't be able to sell this product in our clearance section as it would not be suitable for anyone else's needs.

Delivery Policy


Order Dispatch......

Typically you should receive your order no later then 5 working days after the purchase date. We always try to dispatch orders within 24hrs.


Tracking Your Order.......

Should you not have received your goods with in 5 working days of your order then you are welcome to get in touch with our customer care team and we can track it for you.


Special Instructions..........

You are welcome to make known any special instructions regarding the delivery or delivery method, such as leave with a neighbour. Please note that the courier will not leave the product without a signature unless we have notified the courier of any other arrangements.


Missed Delivery..........

If no one is available to accept the item then a calling card will be left for you, you can then rearrange delivery for a convenient time to suit you.
