If you inform us within 48hrs of receiving the product then you will qualify for our free returns/exchange service.
Simply call us on 0800 0778896 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make us aware of your intentions. We shall then arrange a suitable collection/exchange day for you. All you need to do is be at home on the day of collection/exchange or leave the parcel outside your house in a safe area and let us know where it is. Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receiving the product back.
Any delivery fees that have been paid when ordering the product are unfortunately non refundable.
Only one free attempt will be made to collect the item. If the collection is missed due to the product not being available. then any further collection attempts will cost £15
a time. This will be deducted off the amount to be refunded.
Our free returns/exchange service is only available to addresses located in UK Mainland (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)
Only one free return/exchange is permitted per customer. Where a free return/exchange has been granted, further transactions will only be collected at the discretion of our customer services team and we reserve the right to decline the return of additional orders. This does not affect your statuary rights. Any additional exchange postage fees will be chargeable at current delivery fees.

Should you need to send a product back to us on your own accord then our returns address is as follows:-

Alternatively we can arrange the collection for you but at a cost of £15 and then deduct this amount from your refund. Please note, only one collection attempt will be made for £15. So if the collection is missed then you will still be charged £15. We check all of our products before dispatching them. If you should receive an item that is defective, please let us know immediately so the item can be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. If we agree the item is faulty we will contact you and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund to be given to you.
Please note: The shedding of the pile on all rugs is a natural characteristic and is not classified as a fault.
Please note that we must be notified about any damaged or faulty goods within 48 hrs of receiving the product. After this period we are unable to investigate the claim. If it is proven that it is a genuine manufacturing fault, then Carpet Runners UK will cover all return postage costs.
Any products that have been customised at the customers request are non refundable. This is due to the fact that we wouldn't be able to sell this product in our clearance section as it would not be suitable for anyone else's needs.
We do not hold stock of our fantastic stair rod products as they are manufactured to your specification upon order. This means all stair rod products are customised at the customers request and thus are non refundable. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act, your Consumer Rights are not affected.
Our range of Morocco carpet runners are made to measure upon order and as such are non returnable.
Typically you should receive your order no later then 5 working days after the purchase date. We always try to dispatch orders within 24hrs.
Tracking Your Order.......
Should you not have received your goods with in 5 working days of your order then you are welcome to get in touch with our customer care team and we can track it for you.
You are welcome to make known any special instructions regarding the delivery or delivery method, such as leave with a neighbour. Please note that the courier will not leave the product without a signature unless we have notified the courier of any other arrangements.
If no one is available to accept the item then a calling card will be left for you, you can then rearrange delivery for a convenient time to suit you.
