All of our products are fit for purpose and easily cleanable. For our carpet ranges we sell a couple of sprays that will get 99% of all household stains off and is suitable to use on all materials without damaging the carpet.
We recommend that if anything is spilt onto the carpet then you need to blot of the excess off immediately with a damp cloth. Then any residue that remains in the carpet needs to be cleaned using a carpet cleaner such as the sprays we sell.
All man made carpets are stain resistant and so most marks will come off the pile. Natural fibers however like wool & sisal are less resistant to staining. Marks may become stubborn, however our carpet cleaner sprays will assist in removing the stains.
In order to maintain the new appearance of your carpet we recommend that it is vacummed at least twice a week. This will disturb the pile of the carpet and it will be less likely to flatten down.
It is also advised that periodically the carpet should be professionally cleaned to get deep into the pile and release any stubborn dirt.
WOVEN BACK PRODUCTS
Do not use excessive water to clean the carpet as the backing is a natural jute material and once it dries it is possible it may shrink and bump up. We recommend using a steam cleaner or our overall carpet cleaner spray. Cleaners similar to a VAX are NOT recommended.
GEL BACK PRODUCTS
You can use water as the backing is 100% waterproof and so the runner will not shrink or bump up. Cleaners similar to a VAX are recommended.
Typically you should receive your order no later then 5 working days after the purchase date. We always try to dispatch orders within 24hrs.
Tracking Your Order
Should you not have received your goods with in 5 working days of your order then you are welcome to get in touch with our customer care team and we can track it for you.
You are welcome to make known any special instructions regarding the delivery or delivery method, such as leave with a neighbour. Please note that the courier will not leave the product without a signature unless we have notified the courier of any other arrangments.
If no one is available to accept the item then a calling card will be left for you, you can then rearrange delivery for a convenient time to suit you.
Changed Your Mind?
You can return any item to us for any reason for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving delivery of the goods. All you need to do is send the product back to us in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
If you are returning an item for any other reason than it is faulty or damaged, then you are responsible for the return of the item as well as the costs.
Please note: We are unable to accept responsibility or cover the return carriage costs should there be a variation in colour within our images or descriptions. This is due to the fact that computer settings can be different from computer to computer, colour batch's can vary over time and also the lighting in your room may be different to the lighting in the photo. We do however offer a free sample service to eradicate this problem.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to qualify for a full refund, along with a copy of your purchase invoice that was emailed to you. You must ensure that the parcel is securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit. Failure to do so voids your claim for a full refund.
We check all of our products before dispatching them but we cannot check those items sent directly from the manufacturer. If you should receive an item that is defective, please let us know immediately so the item can be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. If we agree the item is faulty we will contact you and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund to be given to you.
Please note: The shedding of the pile on all rugs is a natural characteristic and is not classified as a fault.
Please note that we must be notified about any damaged or faulty goods within 48 hrs of receiving the product. After this period we are unable to investigate the claim.
